What's new

# What shipped, and when.

EmpireOS ships most days. This is the customer-facing record of it: what each change does, where to find it, and the day it reached production. 105 entries since 9 August 2026, newest first. Nothing here is planned or coming; if it is on this page, it is in the product now.

## Entries, newest first

### 3 September 2026

#### The Specialist has a face and a voice, on the site and on the phone New

The Specialist is now something you can see: a presence in the corner of the panel that breathes while it waits, opens up while it listens to you, and moves with its own voice while it answers. Every answer is read aloud (the speaker button turns that off), and the microphone beside the box still takes a spoken question. Inside the product, Ask Empire has the same presence, the same microphone and the same voice. And the Specialist answers the phone now, from the same written answers it uses here.
[Ask the Specialist →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/pricing)

### 2 September 2026

#### The Specialist answers from its documents, and you can talk to it New

The Specialist on this site now answers from a written corpus of 163 passages about the product, the company, the price and the sale: what a screen does, how to connect a CRM, what the trial includes, why one system instead of four, and the honest cases where a point solution is still the right answer. A question that matches a passage is answered as written, instantly, with the page or the walkthrough chapter that shows it. There is a microphone beside the box: ask out loud and it reads the answer back.
[Ask the Specialist →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/pricing)

#### Get the app on your phone New

EmpireOS installs from a phone's browser as a home-screen app with its own icon and a full screen, signed in, where you left off. The new page has the two taps for iPhone and Android and a code to point a phone at from a laptop.
[Get the app →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/get-the-app)

### 31 August 2026

#### Ask how the product works, and get walked to the screen New

The search box at the top of the app now answers questions about using EmpireOS, not only questions about your numbers. Ask how to connect Salesforce, where to submit your forecast, how to invite your team or what the deal score means, and you get a short answer that names the real buttons, with a button underneath that takes you straight to the screen. It covers 122 topics across every module and answers them instantly, without waiting on a model.
[Walk the tour →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour)

#### Get EmpireOS onto your phone New

A new page shows you how to put EmpireOS on your phone's home screen, with the right steps for an iPhone or an Android and a QR code when you are at a desk. It installs from the browser, so there is nothing to download and no app store account, and you get the whole product with its own icon and a full screen. It is in your profile menu under Get the app. There is a link in the site footer too.
[Walk the tour →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour)

#### Light mode keeps its sand Improvement

The light appearance went a step too pale last week and lost the warm sand that makes the product look like itself. The page is warm sand-cream again, cards are cream and lift clearly off it, and the side rail is a deeper sand. Every word on every screen was measured for readability afterwards and nothing sits below the readable floor.
[See it in the walkthrough →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour)

### 30 August 2026

#### A true Home: the first thing you see decides your day New

Signing in now lands on Home. It greets you by name with one true sentence from your live pipeline, offers one box that opens any record or answers any question, and lays out four to six large cards for the day: a rep sees Your day, Focus and Opportunities; a manager sees the Command Center, Team and Forecast. The navigation shrinks to a slim strip of icons there and slides open when you point at it, so everything stays one click away.
[Walk the tour →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour)

#### Light mode, de-sanded Improvement

The light appearance is two tones now: a barely warm near-white page and pure white cards that float on real shadows, with crisp graphite text and saturated score chips. Every word on every screen was measured for readability in both appearances. The Light, Dark and System control also moved into the profile menu, and System follows your device live.
[See it in the walkthrough →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour)

#### Install EmpireOS from your phone browser New

Open EmpireOS on your phone and add it to your home screen: it installs with its own icon and opens full screen like any other app, no app store needed. The everyday screens are built for phone width, so a deal list is a stack of cards and nothing scrolls sideways.

### 28 August 2026

#### The home page says one thing per screen Improvement

The front page was ten sections deep, with a five-tab screenshot switcher, a scripted replay, a video, a price table and a nine-card link grid on top of each other. It is six screens now, each with one headline, one sentence and one large picture of the running product. Nothing was dropped: the cost breakdown moved to the pricing page, the Approvals replay to the Empire Command page, and the one-record argument to the Why EmpireOS page, all of them linked.
[See the home page →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/)

#### Light, system or dark, in the corner of every page Improvement

The appearance control on the marketing site was a single button that flipped between light and dark, and once you pressed it there was no way back to following your computer. It is three targets now, in the top right of every page: light, system, dark. System follows your machine and keeps following it, including when it changes at sunset.
[Try it in the top right →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/)

### 27 August 2026

#### One box for search and for asking New

The command palette, the Ask Empire launcher and the panel docked at the bottom of the screen were three doors to the same place. There is one box in the middle of the top bar now. Type a name and it opens the record, type a question and it answers with the chart, type open forecast and it goes there. Command K opens it from anywhere.
[See Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### Look at the product the way your reps do New

An owner, an admin or a manager can now view the product as a rep or as a manager and see exactly the screens that person sees. It is a lens, not a permission: nothing you can do changes, and a pill at the top says whose view you are in until you leave it. Signing out clears it.
[See Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### Your plan, your trial clock and what you have got out of it New

A new plan page opens with how long is left on the trial, read from your own dates, and then the receipt: what the platform has actually done on your workspace, with the arithmetic behind the time saved printed rather than asserted. Under it, the one plan we sell and the Founding Partner terms.
[See pricing →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/pricing)

#### Training and content live behind one door Improvement

Elevate and Content were two tabs that both meant enablement, so a rep looking for a deck had two places to guess between. They are one place now, Enablement, with training and content as groups inside it. The old address still resolves.
[See Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### A dead Salesforce connection says so, and can be fixed in one click Fix

A connection whose access had been revoked showed as an error with a code in it. It now reads Needs reconnecting, shows the last time it did sync and what happened on the last attempt, and Reconnect runs the sign-in again. A check runs every night against every connected workspace, and after two failed nights the workspace owner gets one email with the link that fixes it.
[What it connects to →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/faq#what-does-it-connect-to)

### 26 August 2026

#### Create anything from anywhere New

A Create button sits in the top bar on every page and makes a deal, an account, a contact, a task or a note without leaving what you were doing. It knows where you are, so creating a contact from an account starts with that account already filled in.
[See Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### A CRM connection starts read-only Improvement

Connecting Salesforce or HubSpot now defaults to a read-only mirror: EmpireOS reads your records and writes nothing back until you turn writing on yourself. Connecting a live CRM should not be a decision you can only unmake by hand.
[Security and your data →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/security)

#### Your day, on one screen, shaped by your job New

The first screen after signing in is now different for a rep and for a manager. A rep opens on the day ahead: what needs a decision, which deals are slipping, what to do next. A manager opens on the team: coverage, the deals worth a conversation, and who is behind. Focus opens over the top of either without losing your place.
[Walk the tour →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour)

#### A demo workspace a person can read in a sitting Improvement

The shared demo workspace is twenty-five open deals now, spread evenly across the reps and the stages, from twenty-eight thousand dollars to three hundred and twelve thousand. The queue holds a Tuesday's worth of decisions rather than a month's backlog, and three deals are overdue rather than eight. Enough to prove the mechanics, small enough to hold in your head.
[Open the live demo →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/demos)

### 23 August 2026

#### A demo workspace you can hold in your head Improvement

The shared demo workspace is forty open deals now, not nine hundred. Each one carries its people, its activity and its qualification, with more than three hundred closed deals of history behind it so the win rate, the sales cycle and the four-quarter forecast receipt still have something true to read. A board you can actually scan beats a wall of rows.
[Open the live demo →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/demos)

#### One name for at risk, everywhere Fix

The deals page counted a deal as needing attention below a score of 50 while the board's own dots, the forecast filters and the score badge all used the published band of 41 to 70. A pipeline could read "0 at risk" directly above eleven cards marked at risk. There is one definition now and every surface reads it.
[See Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### The pipeline board tells you how fresh its scores are Fix

The line above the board counted every deal in the workspace, closed ones included, and closed deals are never re-scored. A board scored a minute ago could say the scores were three weeks old. It now describes the deals actually on the board.
[See Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### Who is in this deal, as a web New

Every deal record now opens on a web of the people on the account: the deal in the middle, each person around it, colored by how recently you spoke to them. Click a person for the history with them, read the three next steps above it, and click a stage in the deal path to see who was in the room at that point.
[See it in the live demo →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/demos)

#### Follow-ups arrive written New

Your Day opens with the follow-ups ready to send, one per deal, each addressed to a person with the reason it is due. The same drafts sit on every deal record and under every call summary. Send from a connected Gmail, copy to your own mail, edit first, or plan it for tomorrow. The empty follow-up box is gone.
[See it in the live demo →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/demos)

#### One home, and a deal record that leads with what to do Improvement

The dashboard and the planner merged into one Your Day: the brief, the proposals waiting, the written follow-ups, the top priorities as cards you act on in place, then everything about the book one click deeper. A deal record lands on the actionable page: follow-ups, what is outstanding, what changes the outcome, who is in the deal, then the facts. Deal Review lost its split screen: pick a deal, and the call sits inline with notes pinned to the second.
[See it in the live demo →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/demos)

#### Reading a deal no longer depends on who owns it Improvement

By default, anyone in a workspace can open and read any deal, including one reached from an Ask Empire answer. Reps still land on their own book: a My deals and All deals switch sits next to the search box, and My deals is where a rep starts. A workspace that has switched on role enforcement in Roles & Permissions keeps the scopes it configured.
[See it in the live demo →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/demos)

### 21 August 2026

#### The security page now answers the question it was being asked Improvement

"Is my data used to train models?" was answered on three pages with a true statement about cross-customer benchmarks, which is an answer to a different question. The actual answer is published now, on the security page, the FAQ and the pricing page: no model is trained, fine-tuned or improved on your data, every model call is inference, and the model providers' own commercial and API terms say the same about their side. The same page also now says that every deal, account and contact carries a change history showing the field, the value before, the value after, when, and whether a person or the AI made the change.
[Security and your data →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/security)

#### Four more honest answers, including two reasons not to buy yet Improvement

EmpireOS is US dollars only, and there is no mobile app: it opens in a phone browser and the everyday screens work, but dragging a deal between stages does not work by touch. Both are now on the list of reasons this might be the wrong product for you, beside the ones that were already there. Two more answers were added as well: exactly what an import brings across, which is accounts, contacts and deals and not custom fields or activities, and how canceling works, which is a button in Settings with no minimum term behind it.
[Why EmpireOS →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/why-empireos)

#### Two more pieces in Learn: whether reps will use it, and proving who changed a close date Improvement

The first takes the objection that decides most of these deals seriously: reps do not resist an AI CRM because of the typing, they resist being measured by it, and the piece names that trade rather than talking around it. The second is about audit trails, and it includes the time our own tamper check reported a break, which turned out to be our own snapshot writer rather than anybody tampering. We fixed the writer, left the broken row in place as the record, and wrote down why.

### 20 August 2026

#### The demo forecast keeps a receipt you can check Fix

The accuracy table in the live demo said the team had beaten its own call by 144% in one quarter and 190% in another, which is not a thing that happens. Historical submissions had never been updated after the demo book grew, so the committed number covered a third fewer deals than actually closed. The four closed quarters now read 92%, 93%, 109% and 108%, the middle lane is populated for the first time, and a check refuses any quarter outside 80 to 120%. This is the table the site now shows on three pages instead of describing.
[Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### Ask Empire could not reach the numbers it was answering about Fix

Asked for the state of the pipeline, the panel answered that there were no open deals and no value, on a workspace whose board showed a hundred and thirty of them. It could not reach the metric registry, so it answered from nothing rather than saying so. It reads the registry again.
[The guided tour →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour)

#### Two integrations we were listing, and should not have been Improvement

The pricing page and the FAQ listed recording import and mail and calendar sync among what $129 includes. Neither is something a customer can switch on today: the recording integration has no registered application behind it, and the mail and calendar one fails at the provider's own consent screen. Both are written and both are named as what is coming, on every page that mentions them. They go back on the list the day somebody has watched each of them work.
[Pricing →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/pricing)

#### Two more pieces in Learn: CRM data quality, and the buyer's side of your process Improvement

One on why data cleanup projects lose and which four fields are actually worth keeping true, and one on what a B2B buying process looks like from the buyer's chair. Both are plain-language and neither names a competitor.
[Learn →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/learn)

#### The confirmation email's link did nothing at all Fix

Somebody signing up got the email, clicked the link, and landed on a password-reset page saying the link had expired. The page that verifies the link was itself behind the login wall, and an emailed link is by definition clicked by somebody who is not signed in. It works from any device now, proven with a real signup on production: the email arrived, the link was opened in a browser that had never seen the signup, and it landed inside the workspace, signed in, with the trial counting down.
[Start a trial →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/signup)

#### Three numbers that were not computed from anything Fix

A commission tooltip on every deal told a rep how far they were from an accelerator tier, using a rate, a target and a threshold that were placeholders somebody left in. The agent dashboard's "Calls Today" was the literal number 47. And a coaching brief showed a percentage toward an accelerator tier that the AI had written, from a plan that has no tiers on it. All three are gone: the two that can be counted are counted, and the one that cannot says so instead of drawing a bar.
[See Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### The trial form says what it costs Improvement

The signup form asked for a name, a company, an email and a password, said seven days and no card, and never mentioned the price. It now says it in the same breath: $129 per user per month afterward, every module included, no card taken now and nothing charged at the end.
[Start a trial →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/signup)

#### Every screenshot on this site is the demo you are about to open Improvement

The pictures of the product were taken on 16 August against a copy of the demo workspace. The demo itself was reshaped on the 19th, so the forecast in the picture and the forecast behind the See it live button had stopped being the same company. All eighteen screens were re-shot from the live demo, so what you look at here and what you get when you click are the same numbers.
[See the home page →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/)

#### Six scheduled jobs had been failing on every attempt Fix

Daily briefings, the nightly pipeline snapshot, analytics reports, CRM sync, deal scoring and billing reconciliation were all being refused by the door they knock on, and had been for months, with nothing raised because five different handlers answered every problem with the same two words. There is one door now that tells the failures apart, records the real reason, and raises an alarm when a job cannot run.
[See Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

### 19 August 2026

#### Somebody is watching from outside New

A machine that is not the application checks the app, this site and the public API every minute from outside our own hosting. Three failures in a row raise an alarm, and the alarm stands itself down when the next check passes. The result is public: anyone can read it without an account.
[Security and your data →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/security)

#### The demo front door is one button Improvement

The demo page used to ask you to choose. It now has one button that puts you inside the running product, and beside it a watch-it-run mode that plays the walkthrough for you with the narration written on screen, for anyone who would rather not drive.
[Open the demo →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/demos)

#### Help, top right, on every screen New

A help button in the top bar with the walkthroughs, Ask Empire, the guides, and a way to send us a message that carries your workspace, your plan and the page you were on. No ticket number, because there is no ticket system; a person reads it.
[See Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### A won deal can start its own onboarding New

Close a deal and the implementation project for that customer can be started from the deal itself, carrying the account, the contacts and the value across. Until now a project had to be typed in from scratch with no link back to the deal that produced it.
[See Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### Enablement is stocked with our own material Improvement

Battlecards, collateral, playbooks and the deal desk were shelves with nothing on them. They now hold real material about selling EmpireOS itself, including deal desk requests that have already been decided with the reasoning written down, so the module shows a working record and not only an empty queue.
[See Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### Two endpoints answered a question they should not have Fix

Two internal checks would tell anyone, with no account and no session, which configuration settings were present on the server. They named no values and no secrets, but the shape of a system is not a stranger's business either. Both now require a signed-in platform administrator.
[Security and your data →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/security)

#### Fields that know when they apply Improvement

A custom field can now be set to appear only when it is relevant, so a renewal question stops showing on a new-business deal and the record stops being a wall of empty boxes. The detail drawer also opens to half the screen, which is the width a long field list actually needs.
[See Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### The demo workspace reads like a real company's book Improvement

The shared demo everyone can open reported net revenue retention near 295%, a 52% win rate and twenty-five opportunities per customer. Every sum was right and the book was not: an account's won contracts all ran at once instead of one succeeding the last. Contracts now chain, the cohort has churn and contraction, losses are logged, and the quota is one a team could carry. It reads 112% retention, a 31% win rate and a 56-day cycle.
[Open the demo →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/demos)

#### Deal scores were only computed for the first thousand deals Fix

The pass that scores every deal in a workspace read one page of them and stopped, then logged a count that looked complete. A workspace with more than a thousand deals had the rest silently left unscored. It reads all of them now.
[See Deal Intelligence →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/intelligence)

#### Signing up works from every door Fix

Three of the four ways to create an account were failing, and the only thing anyone saw was a database error. A missing flag on the workspace record was being read as neither true nor false, and that non-answer went into a column that will not take one. All five paths through signup are now covered by a test that runs against both databases.
[Start a trial →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/signup)

#### Your onboarding plan writes itself the day you start New

A new workspace gets its own implementation plan without anybody creating one: three steps from the first minute of a trial, five when it converts, and a kickoff email that goes out on its own. Each step ticks itself off something the product watched happen, so nothing has to be marked done by hand. Progress heads the Implementation dashboard.
[See Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### A contact form, and the address printed beside it New

One place to reach us for anything that is not a sales conversation: press, a security review, a question about your data, billing, or something else. Pick the topic, write the message, and it lands in the same inbox as hello@empireos-inc.com, which is printed in full next to the form for anyone who would rather not fill one in.
[Send us something →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/company#contact)

#### The home page says what this is again Improvement

Under the headline, the line that names it: the AI-native revenue operating system for B2B sales teams, with the CRM, the forecast, the AI agent and the deal intelligence on one data layer, a person approving anything that reaches a customer, and the fact that it can run alongside the CRM you have today.
[Read it →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/)

#### Ten categories on the replace-map, not seven Improvement

Coaching and training tools, data-quality tools and the buyer-facing sales room join the list of things one system now answers. Each was checked in the running product before it was written down, and a fourth candidate was dropped because the seam it claims to close is not closed yet.
[See the categories →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/why-empireos#scoreboard)

#### Three buttons nobody could see on the light appearance Fix

Ask the Specialist on the home page, Have it shown to you on the demos page and Talk to us on pricing were near-white text on a cream background, which is to say invisible. Seventeen links elsewhere had the same problem in reverse: they looked exactly like the sentence around them. All of them now read as what they are.
[Look at the home page →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/)

#### The Specialist shows a film when you ask to watch one Improvement

It used to offer a door into the running product whatever you asked, which is right almost always and wrong for the one person who says they would rather just watch something. It now hands you the film. And when it does not know an answer, it hands you the page that does instead of only a contact form.
[Ask it something →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/demos)

### 18 August 2026

#### A sixty-second film of the first click, recorded logged out New

A narrated film that starts on the pricing page, presses the button that says See it live, and ends inside the running product on a real workspace, with no sign-in anywhere in it. It is one take, every frame is the real application, and it carries a readable transcript. It leads the home page and the demo library.
[Watch it →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/)

#### The Specialist: an AI that shows you the product, not a chat box New

The website's assistant is now a seller. It opens by asking what your team runs on today rather than waiting for a question, it answers only from approved product information, and when describing something would be slower than showing it, it shows it: it opens the running product at the chapter that answers you, plays a walkthrough film inside the panel, and quotes the price word for word. It says it is an AI in its own first sentence and in its header. Hand it to a person and everything it established goes with you, already written into the form.
[Ask it something →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/)

#### Every “See it live” now opens the product at the right place Improvement

A link from the pricing page opens the forecast. A link from the agent page opens the agent. The demos page leads with the six chapters and each one is a door. There is no sign-in anywhere in that path: the session is read-only, it can change nothing, and it closes itself.
[Pick a chapter →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/demos)

#### The module map on the home page New

One picture of what the platform actually is: one record in the middle, and the modules around it that all read from it and write back to it. Tap any of them for a plain sentence on what it is, a real screenshot of it, and a door straight into it in the running product.
[See the map →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/)

#### Every subprocessor we use, named New

The security page now lists every third party the running product sends data to, what each one does for us, and what each one can see, read off the production configuration rather than off an architecture diagram. A vendor that appears in our code but is not switched on in production is deliberately not listed, because it is not running. The list also names the integrations that only carry data once you connect them.
[Read the list →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/security#subprocessors)

#### MRR, ARR and net revenue retention, defined once New

Three numbers a board asks for are now computed the same way every time, with the definition printed beside each one rather than living in somebody's spreadsheet. Monthly recurring revenue counts from the date the contract was signed, recurring components only, with one-time fees taken out before the term is divided. Annual recurring revenue is that times twelve. Net revenue retention is the twelve-month existing-customer cohort with new customers excluded, so it measures what you kept and grew rather than what you sold.
[See Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### Security and your data, on one page New

The questions a security review asks now have an address you can send to your own IT lead, instead of sitting at question twenty-four of the FAQ. It opens with the three things EmpireOS is not, including that the SOC 2 Type II audit has not been done, and then says what is true: one organization's data is separated from another's by the database itself, anything crossing a workspace to inform a benchmark is aggregate only, and you can export what we hold or ask us to delete it. The answers are lifted from the FAQ by the build, so the two can never drift apart.
[Read it →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/security)

### 17 August 2026

#### Open the real product with no account at all New

A visitor with no account can now open the running application itself, on a shared demo workspace, and walk any chapter of the guided tour. No form, no password, no dead end. The session is read-only and refuses every change, it can reach nothing but the demo workspace, it spends nothing on a model, and it ends by itself after a few hours.
[Try it →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/demos)

#### A reply to the welcome email now reaches a person Fix

The welcome email says you can reply to it and reach Sean directly. It had no reply-to address, so a reply went to a notifications mailbox instead. It is set now, and the plain-text version carries the privacy link the HTML version already had.
[Start a trial →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/signup)

#### The forecast quarter comes from the server, not your browser Fix

For a few hours either side of a quarter boundary, a rep in one time zone could submit a forecast into a quarter the board was not looking at, because the period was decided by the browser's clock. Everything that writes a forecast now stamps the server's calendar. Your browser still paints the first answer, so nothing got slower.
[See the forecast →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### The guided walkthrough New

The product now gives a tour of itself. Not a slideshow about the software: the actual application, with a rail down the side that stops on each thing and says in one line what it is and why it is there. Six chapters, and you can start at whichever one answers your question, from your morning queue to the forecast and its receipt.
[See it on Demos →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/demos)

#### Plan and usage, without emailing anyone New

A page that answers what a customer would otherwise have to ask: which plan you are on, the seat math, what is included today against what Full Suite adds, this month's activity, your invoices and the payment portal. Seats add and remove in two clicks and every change is recorded.
[Pricing →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/pricing)

#### Three narrated deep-dives, and a real demo library New

Three new films of about ninety seconds each, narrated and captioned: a number that says why it moved, the Data Sentinel finding and fixing a problem with an undo beside it, and what a free trial actually starts. The demos page is now a library grouped by how long you have, with durations measured from the files, narrated badges and a transcript you can read instead of watching.

#### Every page is also available as Markdown Improvement

Add .md to any page's address and you get that page as clean Markdown, with its headings, lists and tables kept. There is a Copy page as Markdown button on every page too. It is for handing a page to an AI assistant and getting a straight answer back, rather than one read through a page of navigation and buttons.

### 16 August 2026

#### The Why Engine New

Ask why a number moved and get ranked causes, read from the pipeline snapshots and the field history: for pipeline, commit, win rate and cycle time. It opens as a panel from the Analytics tiles, from The Number on the forecast and from alert lines, and each cause is a door to the deals behind it.
[Deal Intelligence →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/intelligence)

#### Every rep, rolled up on The Number New

On the forecast, a rep's name expands into their committed set, the AI's view of their book, their own receipt of past quarters, and each deal with its score as a door, a one-line read and a drafted next action.
[The forecast on the tour →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour#step-6)

#### Quick Insights on Analytics New

Five to eight cards under Ask on the Analytics hub, each a registry-backed figure with a why door, a drill to the deals behind it and a ready action. Two suspicious deltas on the hub were also fixed at the source: a comparable snapshot baseline and trailing thirty-day revenue.
[Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### Enablement owns readiness Improvement

Training and the knowledge library now sit under Enablement, alongside editable battlecards, collateral, playbooks and a deal desk where a request is filed and decided on the record. One module for getting a team ready, instead of pieces in three.
[Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### Period math keeps its last day Fix

Metrics defined on a close date were dropping the final day of the period. They count it now.
[Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### A seven-day trial, no card New

Sign up and you have seven days of every module on your own data, unlimited seats and records, and no card is taken. You start in a shared sample workspace where a full team's pipeline and every AI feature run live, one switch away from your own; your own workspace is clean behind a short setup. When the seven days end your workspace goes read-only with everything intact and exportable as CSV; subscribe at $129 per user per month and pick up where you left off.
[Pricing →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/pricing)

#### The next move, already drafted New

Hover any deal score, or open a deal, a Revenue at Risk card, a Pulse panel or a lead, and the top fix arrives pre-composed from the record's own facts: the follow-up, the meeting ask or the next step, one click into that record's Approvals. Nothing is sent by anyone but a person.
[A deal on the tour →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour#step-3)

#### Any name opens the person New

Click a person's name anywhere in the product: their role on the deal, engagement trend, last touches, what they said, open items and two or three ready actions. A shared name offers the candidates; a teammate's name shows their pipeline.
[Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### The Data Sentinel is on by default New

New workspaces get the nightly Sentinel pass from day one. Existing workspaces are offered it once, as an Approvals card, and nothing runs until a person approves.
[Approvals on the tour →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour#step-1)

#### Scores read your real activity Fix

Email response rate and meeting attendance had been reading activity shapes the product never writes, so they showed "insufficient data" on every deal. They read the real rows now, and days-in-stage bands fit a thirty-to-ninety-day cycle instead of calling two weeks stagnant.
[Deal Intelligence →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/intelligence)

#### Invites land in the right workspace Fix

A teammate who accepts an invitation joins the workspace that invited them, rather than being given a new one of their own.
[Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### Every number is a doorway New

A score's weakest components now link to the thing that fixes them, with a follow-up drafted and filed through Approvals. Every figure on Analytics drills through to the deals or activities behind it, with the filter visible and editable.
[A deal on the tour →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour#step-3)

#### The Data Sentinel New

A nightly pass files duplicates, past close dates, dead email domains, quiet accounts and late-stage gaps as Approvals items, each with its evidence and an undoable one-click fix. Nothing changes until a person approves it.
[Approvals on the tour →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour#step-1)

#### Approvals on every deal and account New

Each deal and account page carries its own Approvals tab: the same cards, the same controls, the same record as the main queue, filtered to that one record.
[Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

### 15 August 2026

#### Focus Mode for Approvals New

One card at a time. Arrow keys or a swipe to move, edit inline, approve with an undo, and a spoken briefing of what is waiting. An orientation card explains the queue the first time you open it.
[Approvals on the tour →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour#step-1)

#### Contract terms are real fields, and a field library New

Contract term, contract value, renewal date and notice window live on deals and accounts for every workspace. A library of sixty-six ready fields in three bundles (Salesforce, HubSpot, starter) can be switched on; a field switched on is live everywhere because it becomes an ordinary custom field. The first signal built on them: a renewal notice that is coming due.
[Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### Views by role New

AE, Manager and CRO templates put the surfaces each role uses first and tuck the rest under More. Onboarding's role answer picks one; Settings lets you change it.
[Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### Every score and figure explains itself Improvement

Seventeen ⓘ marks across the product open a plain-language note on how that number is made, from one registry, so a deal score, a health tier and a coverage figure are never a black box.
[Deal Intelligence →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/intelligence)

#### The Judgment Ledger New

Every approve, edit, reject and snooze, every field suggestion accepted or dismissed, is recorded with what the AI proposed, what the person did, and the difference. Three of the product's ledgers are hash-chained, so a deleted row is detectable.
[The five rules →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/company)

#### Buyers can act in the Buyer Room New

From the share link, with no account, a buyer can tick off their own action-plan items, upload documents and leave notes. Everything they do is visible on the seller's side and attributed to the name they typed.
[Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

#### Fourteen read tools over MCP New

An AI assistant you already use can read your deals, accounts, contacts, activities, commitments, signals, approvals, the metric registry and the buyer room through the Model Context Protocol, connecting by signing in and approving. Actions still go through Approvals.
[Frequently asked questions →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/faq)

#### Dark mode, complete Improvement

Every surface, chart and badge follows the appearance you chose: light, dark, or the system's. The same choice the marketing site offers.
[Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

### 14 August 2026

#### The deal journey New

One page per deal, first touch to close: what is outstanding, what changes the outcome, then what happened stage by stage, every line carrying the record it came from.
[A deal on the tour →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour#step-3)

#### Signals on the front door New

Approvals opens with what the system noticed across your deals, role aware, and deduplicated twice: several detectors noticing one thing about one deal fold into one line, and a condition true across many deals rolls up into one line with a count.
[Approvals on the tour →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour#step-1)

#### A new workspace is not empty New

A fresh signup lands in a workspace with clearly marked sample data, so every surface has something true to show, and one click removes exactly what was seeded and nothing else.
[Start free trial →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/signup)

#### Speed to lead New

The number an inbound team is actually managed on: median time to first response, the spread by bucket, and which leads have never been contacted.
[Leads on the tour →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour#step-10)

#### The inbound desk New

Every inbound request in one place with unread state, source labels, the whole conversation, and a drafted reply that never sends itself.
[Empire Agent →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/agent)

### 13 August 2026

#### Light, dark or system New

Appearance is a per-user choice, resolved before the first paint so nothing flashes.
[Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

### 12 August 2026

#### The forecast keeps its receipts New

Filters with presets, a period-true axis, the commit waterfall between submissions, a permanent history of every submitted number, the Monday number, and real accuracy per period, per rep and rolled up.
[The forecast on the tour →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour#step-6)

#### Accounts finished New

Merge with a safe preview, hierarchy, tags, owner control, provenance on every field, and live tiles on the account page. Multi-threading visibility shows how many people at the account are actually engaged.
[Accounts on the tour →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour#step-5)

#### The Daily Planner New

Your day, laid out: actions ranked by the money attached, what is awaiting your approval, meetings and the commitments you made, in one place at /command/planner.
[Your day on the tour →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour#step-12)

#### The public live demo New

A self-guided tour of the real product on a real workspace at app.empireos-inc.com/demo, no login, narrated by the agent inside it.
[The guided tour →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour)

### 11 August 2026

#### EmpireOS as an MCP server New

Connect an assistant by signing in and approving (OAuth 2.1), read your pipeline, and propose actions that a person approves in the queue.
[Frequently asked questions →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/faq)

#### Reports from the metric registry New

Describe the report you want and get live results from the registry of defined metrics, with custom-field slices and a prebuilt library. Saved reports land on dashboards.
[Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

### 10 August 2026

#### Edit a field where you see it Improvement

Inline edit on deals, accounts and contacts, with who changed it kept. A field an admin creates can be filled from a CSV import.
[Empire Command →](https://www.empireos-inc.com/product/command)

### 9 August 2026

#### After the conversation, the CRM writes itself New

Auto-CRM extracts the fields, the commitments and the next steps from a call or a thread and files them as proposals; a person approves, and the record updates. Custom fields have a front door in Settings.
