# Get the app on your phone.

EmpireOS installs straight from your browser. There is nothing to download and no app store account. Two taps, and it sits on your home screen with its own icon and opens full screen, signed in, where you left off.

On an iPhone or iPad

## Three taps in Safari.

1. Open app.empireos-inc.com in Safari and tap the Share button at the bottom, the square with an arrow pointing up.
2. Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
3. Tap Add in the top right. The EmpireOS icon appears on your home screen.
This works in Safari. Chrome on an iPhone cannot install a web app, so if you are in Chrome, open the page in Safari first.
On an Android phone

## Three taps in Chrome.

1. Open app.empireos-inc.com in Chrome and tap the three dots in the top right.
2. Tap Install app, or Add to Home screen if you do not see that.
3. Tap Install. The EmpireOS icon appears with your other apps.
From your laptop

## Point your phone at this.

Your phone's camera opens the page with the steps on it. Or type app.empireos-inc.com/get-the-app into your phone's browser.
