Empire Command

# The CRM your forecast actually comes out of.

Empire Command is the CRM at the center of EmpireOS: deals, accounts, pipeline, forecasting, commissions, recordings and coaching in one system, on one data layer. Not four systems that disagree with each other on a Monday morning.
[Walk the tour](https://www.empireos-inc.com/tour) [Open the live demo](https://app.empireos-inc.com/api/tour/start?chapter=forecast&src=site-command)
[Screenshot: The EmpireOS forecast accuracy tab, THE RECEIPT: every closed quarter as a row, with what the team committed, its gut and best-case lanes, what actually closed and the attainment against the call: 92%, 93%, 109% and 108% across the last four quarters.]
The number, and the receipt. A forecast is a claim until somebody keeps the score. Every closed quarter stays on the page: what was committed, what the gut and best-case lanes said, what actually closed, and the attainment against the call. The same page carries this quarter's number and which rep signed for which deals.
Approvals

## Open the app and the first thing you see is the most valuable thing you could do

Most CRMs open on a list and leave the ranking to you. Approvals ranks every open item by the money attached against the minutes it takes, and tells you why each one is there.
Every item carries the deal facts, a plain-English reason it surfaced now, and the next step. Nothing leaves the building without a person approving it.
- Ranked by revenue at stake against time to clear
- A "why now" line on every item, in plain English
- Drafts are written for you and filed on the deal, never sent automatically
- Two-minute clears filtered into their own view for the gaps between meetings
[Screenshot: EmpireOS Approvals: ranked work items each showing deal value, time to clear, a why-now line and a next-step line.]
Everything waiting on you, ranked by the money attached against the minutes it takes to clear.
[Screenshot: The Approve control on an EmpireOS work item.]
Approving files the draft on the deal for a rep to send. Nothing is emailed by anyone but a person.
[Screenshot: An EmpireOS deal page with the deal score broken into its contributing factors.]
And the deal behind it carries the score, the factors that produced it, and what your own history says.
[Screenshot: The EmpireOS daily planner with actions ranked by dollar value.]
The same ranking again, laid out as the day. The two never disagree, because it is one rule.
Pipeline

## A board where every card already knows whether it is in trouble

Drag deals between stages like any board. The difference is what each card carries: momentum, health, field completeness and days in stage, computed rather than typed in by a rep at the end of the month.
- Momentum and health scored per deal, with the factors behind the score
- Open pipeline and needs-attention totals under the board, always current
- A loss reason is required on the way out, so lost deals teach you something
- Saved views, filters and bulk actions for running a book rather than a demo
[Screenshot: The EmpireOS pipeline board across five stages with a live count on each.]
Five stages with a live count on each. Drag a card and everything underneath it moves.
[Screenshot: An EmpireOS deal card carrying value, momentum, health and field completeness.]
Every card carries value, momentum, health and field completeness, computed rather than typed in.
[Screenshot: Open pipeline, needs-attention and lowest-health totals under the EmpireOS board.]
Open pipeline, needs attention and lowest health sit under the board and move as it moves.
[Screenshot: The EmpireOS forecast page showing the committed number for the quarter.]
And what the board says is what the forecast says. One data layer, not two that argue.
Accounts

## Run the book, not a list of names

Accounts roll up their deals, contacts, pipeline and health in one filterable table. Merge duplicates with a preview of exactly what moves, set hierarchy, and edit inline without opening a record.
- Pipeline, deal count, contacts and health per account, side by side
- Merge with a preview and a written history on both sides afterwards
- Parent and child hierarchy for accounts that are really one customer
- Multi-threading visible: who you know inside the account, and who you do not
[Screenshot: The EmpireOS accounts table with pipeline, deal counts, contacts and health per account.]
Your day

## The plan for today, ordered by what it is worth

The daily planner takes the same ranking Approvals uses and lays out the day: what to do first, what is waiting on your approval, what meetings are booked and what commitments come due.
- Actions ranked by money against minutes
- Approvals gathered in one place rather than scattered through the app
- Commitments tracked so "I'll get back to you Thursday" does not evaporate
- Quarter coverage against quota on the same screen
[Screenshot: The EmpireOS daily planner showing ranked actions with dollar values, items awaiting approval, meetings and commitments.]
Commissions

## What the rep has earned, in the system that holds the deals

Plans, quotas, attainment and per-deal commission impact, visible to the rep on the deal rather than in a spreadsheet they see once a month. Earned and pending sit beside deals closed and average commission, and the team leaderboard is built from the same arithmetic rather than a second copy of it.
- Earned, pending, deals closed and average commission on one screen
- Per-deal commission impact shown on the deal, before it closes
- Plans, quotas and attainment kept where the number is calculated
- A team leaderboard that reconciles with what each rep sees
[Screenshot: The EmpireOS commissions page: total earned, total pending, deals closed and average commission for the signed-in rep, above a team leaderboard of seven reps ranked by total commission, each row also showing that rep's deals closed.]
The whole platform

## More than forty screens. One record.

Seven modules in the product's own navigation, 46 screens, counted from the navigation at build time. This site shows the surfaces that decide it, and shows them well. The rest is deliberately inside the product rather than documented here: open the trial or the live demo and it is all there, on one data layer, at one price.
