EmpireOS, Inc. ("EmpireOS," "we," "us") operates empireos-inc.com and the EmpireOS platform, which unifies revenue signals across a company's sales and CRM stack. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request Founding Partner access, sign up, or contact us, we collect your full name, work email, company name, sales team size, and current CRM.
- Information collected automatically. Device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and referring URLs, via cookies and similar technologies.
- Information from connected services. If you connect a CRM or other tool, we process the data you authorize us to access to deliver the service.
3. How we use information
To respond to Founding Partner and sales inquiries; to provide, secure, and improve the platform; to communicate about the product and your account; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. How we share information
With service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, analytics, email) under contract; in a business transfer (merger or acquisition); and where required by law. All processors are bound to confidentiality and to use data only as instructed.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (including GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may access, correct, delete, or port your data, or object to or restrict processing. Email hello@empireos-inc.com to exercise these rights. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses).
9. Children
The service is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
