Demos and resources

See it running
before you talk to anyone.

Pick a chapter below and you are inside EmpireOS in one click. No form, no password, no call. Everything on this page is the real product, the AI revenue operating system for B2B sales teams: the walkthrough is the application touring itself, the tour is the story in twelve captioned screens, and the library is eleven recordings, five of them narrated with a readable transcript.

Read-only, and it ends by itself. Nothing you do reaches a customer.

Every screenshot on this site is a real screen from the demo workspace, captured 30 August 2026, shown in the appearance you are reading in. The site is current as of 3 September 2026, the last day something shipped.

Six chapters. One click into the real thing.

The product giving a tour of itself. Not a slideshow about the software and not a recording of it: the actual application, with a rail down the side that stops on each thing and says in one line what it is and why it is there. Pick the chapter that answers your question and it opens on that screen.

The story

The tour

Twelve real product screens with a plain caption on each one, the live demo embedded at the top so you can drive it yourself, and clickable hotspots on the screens worth pointing at. Approvals, pipeline, a live deal, the buying committee, accounts, the forecast and its waterfall, Swarm Intelligence, Ask Empire, the agent, lead scoring, coaching and the daily plan.

About six minutes The live demo, embedded Real screens Hotspots you can click

The first screen of the EmpireOS guided tour, showing Approvals ranked by the money attached against the minutes each item takes to clear.

A live workspace, no signup

The demo workspace is the real product running on a real dataset: forty open deals, more than three hundred closed with recorded outcomes, two hundred and forty contacts and over two and a half thousand activities. Click anything. Nothing you do there touches a customer.

The live demo

Opens straight into a working org with the full platform switched on. No card, no form, no sales call in the middle.

Open the live demo

Eleven recordings of the real product, grouped by how long you have

Every frame is the real application being driven, with the captions and the cursor drawn on during the recording. Nothing here is a mock-up and nothing needs sound. Four are narrated and carry a transcript you can read instead; the rest are silent and captioned. Durations are measured from the files themselves.

From the pricing page into the product, with no sign-in 1m 11s

Recorded logged out, in one take. The pricing page, then the button that says See it live, then the running product itself on a real workspace: the committed number, who signed for it, and the receipt of every past quarter. No form, no password, nobody to email. The session is read-only, so nothing in it can be changed and nothing reaches a customer.

This is the pricing page. One price per seat, every module included. The button that says see it live is not a form, and it is not a sales call. One click, and you are inside the running product. No sign in, no password, nobody to email. This is the real application on a real workspace: forty open deals a team could actually be working, with more than three hundred closed deals of history behind them. The committed number for the quarter, and underneath it, which rep signed for which deals. And the receipt. What every past quarter committed, against what it actually closed. Any chapter opens the same way, from whichever page on the site asked the question. The whole session is read only. Nothing you touch here can change anything, and nothing reaches a customer.

Watch the whole thing 2m 10s

A morning in EmpireOS: Approvals ranked by money against minutes, one decision approved with its evidence on the card, the deal it lands on with a score that explains itself, and the forecast, which is one committed number, who signed it, what changed since Monday, and the receipt of every past quarter.

Read the transcript

Monday morning. You open EmpireOS, and the first screen is Approvals: everything waiting on your decision, ranked by the money attached against the minutes it takes to clear. Nobody wrote this list. Each item is a decision with its evidence on the card. This one: confirm the next step with the decision maker, on a deal whose close date has already slipped and where nobody has spoken to the buyer in weeks. The next step is already written, from the deal's own record. Approving files it on the deal and puts it on your tasks. Nothing is sent to anyone but by a person. One decision made, and the reason it was made is on the record. Here is the deal it landed on. Amount, stage, close date, owner, and a score that explains itself: how close the close date is, stage velocity, deal size, response rate. Every score is a doorway to its fix. What your history says: this deal is read against every closed deal in the workspace. Today it matches no shape that has closed lower, and the product says so plainly, rather than predicting. The forecast. One committed number for the quarter, and who signed for it, by name and by timestamp. The why behind that number: what changed since Monday, with the deal, the rep, the amount and the moment it moved. And the receipt: every past quarter's commit against what actually closed. Forecast accuracy stops being an opinion once it is written down each time. That is a morning in EmpireOS: the queue, a decision with its evidence, the deal, and a number you can defend. Seven days free, no card, at empireos-inc.com.

A number that says why it moved 1m 29s

Win rate falls seven points. One click opens the panel behind the number: what the metric means, the causes ranked by how much each moved it, the loss stages underneath, and which reps moved it. No model writes any of it. It is the workspace's own snapshots and field history, ranked.

Read the transcript

Win rate this quarter: fifty-one point one percent, down seven point seven points from last quarter. In most tools that is where it ends. A number, and an arrow. Here it is a door. First, what the number even means: deals whose close date falls in this quarter, ninety-two of them, against a hundred and thirty-six last quarter. The definition is on the panel, so two people cannot argue about it. Then the causes, ranked. Forty-seven wins added twenty-five points. Forty-five losses took twenty-five back. And underneath, the part you can do something about. Twenty-one deals lost at Proposal and R O I: that alone is eleven point seven points of the drop. Eighteen more lost at Evaluation, ten points. Then who moved it. Sarah Chen's thirty-three deals added eight point eight points. The rest of the team took a little each. No model wrote any of this. It is the workspace's own nightly snapshots and field history, ranked, in about a second. Every metric that moves has this door, and the same answer opens as its own page. So the link goes in Monday's note.

The Data Sentinel 1m 33s

A nightly check finds a contact whose email domain no longer exists, files it with the evidence, says what it will do before it does it, and fixes it in one click. Every fix it has ever made is listed with an undo beside it.

Read the transcript

This is Automations. Everything the AI wants to do, waiting on a person. Forty-seven things, and not one of them has happened yet. The Data Sentinel runs every night and looks for the things that quietly rot a C R M. Here is one it found. Cedar Grove Retail has no mail server and no address on record, so this contact cannot receive mail. That is the evidence, not a confidence score. And it says what it will do before it does it: mark the address undeliverable so nobody drafts to it. The address itself is kept. One click, and it is fixed. Five things it looks for: duplicate contacts and accounts, deals still open past their close date, email domains that no longer exist, accounts gone quiet with money open, and late-stage deals missing required fields. Or run it now, instead of waiting for tonight. Every fix it has made is listed here with an undo beside it, including the one you just watched go in. Nothing it finds is applied without a person, and every one of them can be put back. A C R M that cleans itself, and asks first.

What a free trial actually starts 1m 27s

A real signup, filmed: name, company, work email, no card. Then the part nobody expects: a new trial does not land in an empty product. It lands in a full workspace, read-only, with its own workspace one click away and seven days left on the clock the whole time.

Read the transcript

Starting a trial is a name, a company, a work email and a password. No card, and nothing to book. One button. It builds the workspace, and sends a confirmation link to that address. And here is the part nobody expects. You do not land in an empty product waiting for your data. You land in a full one: a whole sales team's workspace, real AI output, read-only. Nothing you do in here spends anything or breaks anything. Twenty-two decisions waiting, and seventy-four signals the product noticed across the deals. This is output, not a screenshot tour. Every number a paying team sees, you see, with the same doors behind them. Your own workspace is waiting behind one click, clean and ready to import into. Running the AI on your own records is the paid plan; here you can watch it work first. Seven days. No card. And seven days left is on the screen the whole time, so nothing surprises you.

The leads the agent qualified overnight, each scored against your framework with the weakest slot named; speed to lead measured; then every conversation it has had over chat, voice and email. A person can take any of them over mid-sentence.

Review a call and coach from it 40s

Recordings inside the CRM, one opened: transcript on the right, a summary written from the call on the left, the objections in the customer's own words. Then the coaching heat map, every rep against every skill, graded from what they actually said.

Ask your own closed deals a question 36s

Patterns read out of the workspace's own closed deals, each with the size of the effect and the number of deals it was measured across, and then the same history applied to one live deal.

About EmpireOS

EmpireOS is the revenue system that updates itself: your pipeline, your forecast and your follow-ups kept current from the conversations your team is already having. It is an AI revenue operating system for mid-market B2B sales teams: sales forecasting, conversation intelligence, an AI sales agent (Empire Agent), deal intelligence, win/loss patterns read from your own closed deals (Swarm Intelligence) and the record they all sit on, in one system instead of separate tools that bill separately and do not share what they learn. It works alongside the CRM you already have. $129 per user per month, every module and every AI feature included. A seven-day free trial with no card required. Nothing reaches a customer without a person approving it, and the approval is recorded.
