Questions,
answered straight.
These are the questions people actually send us about EmpireOS, the AI revenue operating system for B2B sales teams, including the ones where the honest answer is "not yet". If yours is not here, ask us and it usually ends up on this page.
Price and terms
How much does it cost?
$129 per user per month, billed monthly, cancel any time. That is the whole price list. Every module, every AI feature, analytics and the integrations are in it.
Is the AI charged separately?
No. There is no AI credit meter, no usage tier and no per-feature upsell. Deal scoring, MEDDICC extraction, call summaries, pre-call briefs, the ranked queue, drafted follow-ups and Ask Empire are all inside the $129.
We know that is unusual, and we know why other vendors do it. Metering the intelligence means the moment a team starts relying on it is the moment it gets expensive, which quietly teaches people to use it less.
Are there tiers? What about a team plan?
Not today. There is one plan and one number. Team and usage based tiers are being worked out and will be published on the pricing page when they are settled, rather than sketched now and changed underneath anyone who signed up against them.
Is there a minimum seat count or a setup fee?
No to all three: no minimum seats, no setup fee, no implementation charge. If you want help getting set up we do it with you rather than billing for it.
What do Founding Partners get?
Twenty companies, and then the program closes. Founding Partners get their first month free on every seat, the $129 per seat price locked for as long as they stay a customer whatever list price does later, and a direct line to the founder rather than a support queue. Their requests go to the top of the build list.
Twenty is a count of companies, not an allowance of seats inside one. An earlier version of the pricing page said "twenty seats included" and that was simply wrong.
Terms are applied for through Talk to us, and they are not granted automatically.
Can I get a discount for signing a longer contract?
Not as a rule. The price is deliberately one number that everyone can see, which stops being true the moment it is negotiated case by case. The Founding Partner terms are the discount, and they are published rather than offered quietly.
How do I cancel, and what happens when I do?
An owner or an admin cancels it in Settings, under Billing. Nobody has to email us and nothing has to be approved. There is no minimum term, no notice period and no termination fee, and the Terms of Service do not create one. The plan runs to the end of the billing period you have already paid for rather than cutting off the moment you press it. Founding Partner terms are agreed separately.
What it actually does
What is EmpireOS, in one paragraph?
One web application a sales organization logs into to run its whole revenue operation. It replaces the usual stack of separate tools for conversation intelligence, forecasting, sales engagement and prospecting, and it is built as one system on one data layer rather than four products with integrations bolted between them.
Who is it for?
Mid-market B2B sales teams, roughly five to a hundred quota-carrying reps. The buyer is usually a VP of Sales, a CRO or a RevOps lead. It was built by people who carried a number, which is mostly visible in what it refuses to ask you to type in.
What are the modules?
Three, and every customer gets all three.
Empire Command is the CRM core: deals, accounts, contacts, pipeline, forecasting, commissions, recordings and coaching.
Empire Agent handles inbound and outbound conversations over chat, voice and email, scores leads and books demos.
Swarm Intelligence reads your own closed deals and reports the patterns the evidence supports.
Deal Intelligence is not a fourth module; it is what Command knows about any one deal, and it is included.
What is Approvals?
The first thing you see when you open the app. Everything waiting on you, ranked by the money attached against the minutes it takes to clear, with a plain sentence on each item saying why it surfaced now and what the next step is.
Drafts written by the AI are filed on the deal for a person to send. Nothing reaches a customer without someone deciding it should.
How is the forecast different from the one I already argue about?
It keeps the receipt. Every submission is stored, so each past quarter has a permanent record of what was committed against what actually closed, and forecast accuracy stops being a matter of memory. There are eight views of the same number, including the commit waterfall that shows exactly what moved since Monday.
How does EmpireOS compare to call intelligence tools?
A standalone call intelligence tool records the call, transcribes it and gives a manager a place to coach from, and the good ones do that well. EmpireOS does the same recording, transcription, summary, objections and next steps, and then does what a standalone tool cannot: the call lands on the deal it belongs to, so it feeds the deal's health score, the MEDDICC gaps, the buying committee and the pre-call brief for the next call, and it shows up in the forecast conversation without anyone copying a summary into a notes field.
Coaching works the same way. Every rep is scored on every skill from their own recorded calls, and clicking a score opens the calls it came from. All of it is inside the one plan at $129 per user per month, so there is no second bill for the recorder. The Why EmpireOS page sets the four point-solution categories side by side, including when a specialist is still the right answer.
If conversation intelligence on its own is genuinely the only thing you need, a specialist can be a reasonable choice. The argument for EmpireOS is that the call is worth most when the CRM, the forecast and the AI can all see it, and that four specialists do not share what they learn. The call intelligence alternative page walks through it job by job.
Which companies use it? Can I talk to a reference?
We are early and we are not going to name customers we do not have. The Founding Partner program is open precisely because that is the stage we are at.
What we can do instead is show you the product working, in full, before you talk to anybody: the tour, the live demo on a real workspace, and the recorded walkthroughs.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, and there is nothing to find in an app store, because you do not need a store. Open EmpireOS in your phone's browser and add it to your home screen: it installs with its own icon and opens full screen, signed in, like any other app. The screens are built for a phone rather than a desktop layout scaled down: a deal list becomes a stack of cards, the primary action sits under your thumb, and nothing scrolls sideways. The Get the app page has the two taps for iPhone and Android.
The AI
What does the AI actually do?
Deal health scoring with the contributing factors shown, MEDDICC extraction, stakeholder and buying-committee extraction, call transcription and summarization, pre-call briefs, the ranked daily queue, drafted follow-ups, lead scoring and qualification, and Ask Empire, which answers questions about your own pipeline in plain language.
Will it email my customers by itself?
No, and this is a rule the product is built on rather than a setting you can switch off. The AI drafts, proposes and prepares. A person approves anything that reaches a customer or cannot be undone. Approvals, dismissals and takeovers are recorded, so when someone asks why a customer received a particular email, the answer exists.
What happens when the AI is wrong?
You disagree with it on specific grounds, because it shows its working. Every score names the factors that moved it and every Swarm finding prints the size of the difference and the number of deals it was measured across. A number with no argument behind it is not something anyone can push back on, which is why we do not ship those.
Do I have to wait for it?
No data screen waits on a model. Where intelligence takes time, you get the honest deterministic version immediately and the better one arrives behind it. Pre-call briefs work exactly this way: the brief is on screen in well under a second, and the model-written version swaps itself in when it is ready.
Trying it
Can I see it without giving you my email address?
Yes. The guided tour walks the whole product with real screens, and the live demo drops you into a working workspace with real data in it. Neither asks for anything.
Is the demo workspace real data?
It is a real dataset in a real workspace, and it is not a customer's. It holds 40 open deals, roughly $5.6M of open pipeline and 330+ closed deals with recorded outcomes, which is what the intelligence needs in order to have anything true to say. Nothing you click in there touches a customer.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. No card is required to start, nothing is charged at the end whatever happens, and you choose whether to continue. The trial is seven days of every module on your own data; the next answer says exactly what is in it.
How long is the trial?
Seven days, no card. Long enough to put real pipeline through it: every module, unlimited seats and records, on your own data. The AI features that spend a model on your own records (agents on your data, drafts composed on your records, intelligence panels, the AI report builder, the Data Sentinel and Ask Empire) are part of the Full Suite subscription at $129 per user per month; on the trial you see all of them running live in the shared sample workspace, a working team with real AI output, one switch away from every page. When the seven days end your workspace goes read-only with everything intact: subscribe and pick up where you left off, or export what you put in and ask us to delete the rest.
What is in the workspace on day one?
Something true on every screen from the first minute. You begin in the shared sample workspace: a full team's accounts, contacts, deals across every stage, activities, Approvals and a forecast, with real AI output, read-only. Your own workspace is clean behind a short setup and one switch away from every page: bring your data from Salesforce, HubSpot or a CSV, or load about 850 clearly marked sample records into it that you can edit and approve, and one click removes exactly the sample and nothing else.
How long does setup take?
A workspace is about two minutes. Importing deals from Salesforce, HubSpot or a CSV is the rest, and that is minutes rather than a project. Mail and calendar sync is built and is not yet something you can switch on, so it is not part of setup today.
Data, security and privacy
Are you SOC 2 Type II certified?
No, and we are not going to imply otherwise. We are an early-stage company and that audit has not been done.
What is true today: every organization's data is isolated at the database level rather than by application code that could forget to filter; your data is used to serve you; anything that leaves a workspace to inform cross-customer benchmarks is aggregate only; and you can export or ask us to delete what we hold. If a certification is a hard requirement for you right now, say so on the Talk to us form and we will tell you honestly where we are.
Is my data used to train models for other customers?
No model is trained, fine-tuned or improved on your data. Every model call is inference: the text goes to the provider over their API, the answer comes back, and nothing is kept to train anything. The providers' own commercial and API terms say the same about their side, and every one of them is named on the security page. What crosses a workspace boundary to inform a cross-customer benchmark is aggregate only, never a record, a name or a transcript.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours. You can export it, and we delete or de-identify what we hold when you ask. That is written into the Privacy Policy rather than only promised here.
Will you sign our MSA?
We will read it and talk about it like adults. What we will not do is agree to unlimited liability or an SLA we have no way to stand behind at this stage, because signing something we cannot honor is worse than saying no. Send it through Talk to us.
Can I see who changed what, and when?
Yes, on every deal, account and contact, with nothing to switch on. The change history shows the field, the value before, the value after, the time, and whether a person or the AI made the change. The rows are append-only and the database refuses to rewrite them, which is a control we run rather than one you can audit from the outside, and we would rather say that than imply more.
Setup and integrations
Do I have to rip out my CRM on day one?
No. EmpireOS connects to Salesforce and HubSpot and reads from them. Teams generally run alongside for a quarter before deciding whether to move fully, and that is a sensible way to do it. What imports and what does not is on the Why EmpireOS page.
What does it connect to?
Salesforce and HubSpot for the CRM record; Zoom for calls; CSV import for deals; and call recordings uploaded to a deal, which are transcribed and summarized onto it from any recorder. Two more are written and neither is something a customer can switch on today: mail and calendar sync, and bulk import from a standalone call intelligence tool. We would rather name them as what is coming than let you plan around them.
When are you shipping x?
We will not give you a date we are not confident in, because a missed roadmap date is worse than an honest "not scheduled". Tell us what you need on the Talk to us form. Founding Partner requests go to the top of the build list, and that is the fastest route from a request to a build.
Does it work for a team like mine?
Tell us the shape of it and we will give you a straight answer rather than a yes. Number of reps, what you run today, and the thing that is actually broken. If we are the wrong fit we would rather say so on the first email than on the third call.
The company
Who is behind it?
A deliberately small, founder-led company in Austin, TX 78704, built by people who carried a quota. When you write in, the founder answers. The longer version is on the company page.
How do I reach a human?
The Talk to us form goes straight to the founder, with no SDR round in front of it. Replies usually come the same day. hello@empireos-inc.com reaches the same place.
Why is the product opinionated about so much?
Because a tool with a setting for everything makes every team configure their way to the same mediocre default. The five rules we build to are published, including the ones that stop us shipping obvious-looking features.
Still got a question?
It goes to the founder and it gets a real answer, usually the same day. The awkward ones are welcome; they are how this page got written.
About EmpireOS
EmpireOS is the revenue system that updates itself: your pipeline, your forecast and your follow-ups kept current from the conversations your team is already having. It is an AI revenue operating system for mid-market B2B sales teams: sales forecasting, conversation intelligence, an AI sales agent (Empire Agent), deal intelligence, win/loss patterns read from your own closed deals (Swarm Intelligence) and the record they all sit on, in one system instead of separate tools that bill separately and do not share what they learn. It works alongside the CRM you already have. $129 per user per month, every module and every AI feature included. A seven-day free trial with no card required. Nothing reaches a customer without a person approving it, and the approval is recorded.
