Your best rep's instincts,
written down and measured.
Swarm Intelligence, the pattern layer of EmpireOS, reads your own closed deals and reports which of your team's beliefs about how it wins the evidence actually supports, and by how much. Every finding shows the size of the difference and the number of deals it was measured across.

Every finding shows its working. The size of the difference, the number of closed deals it was measured across, and how strong the signal is, so you can decide how much weight it deserves.
A finding is evidence, not a rule
This is the part most tools get wrong. A pattern in past deals tells you what has tended to happen. It does not tell you what will happen on the deal in front of you, and the product says so on the page rather than in a footnote.
The difference, in points
Not "deals that go quiet do worse" but "deals quiet for more than 14 days recovered at 25 percent, against 58 percent under that". A number you can argue with.
The sample size, every time
Each finding states how many closed deals it was measured across. A pattern across 30 deals and a pattern across 600 are not the same claim, and they are not displayed as if they were.
Signal strength
Strong, moderate or weak, so a finding that only just clears the noise is labeled as such rather than being printed in the same weight as one that does not.
Non-decisions excluded
Deals that went dark without a decision are left out of every rate. A deal nobody ever answered is not a loss the team could have influenced, and counting it as one distorts everything.
The questions it answers
These are the shapes of finding it produces. What it actually says depends entirely on your deals, which is the point.
Silence
How long a deal can go quiet before recovery rates fall off, measured on your book rather than borrowed from someone else's benchmark.
Discounting
Whether discounting early helps or hurts, and at which stage the effect flips.
Multi-threading
What a second stakeholder is worth, and how late is too late to bring one in.
Sequence
Which activities, done in which order, shorten the cycle. Security review before proposal, for one.
Rep load
What happens to close rates in a rep's heaviest weeks, which is usually a capacity finding dressed up as a performance one.
Talk ratio
How much the rep should be talking in the first ten minutes, measured against your own recorded calls.
Your data stays your data
Swarm reads your closed deals to tell you about your team. Anything that leaves your workspace to inform cross-customer benchmarks is aggregate only, and organization isolation is enforced at the database rather than in application code that could forget.
More than forty screens. One record.
Seven modules in the product's own navigation, 46 screens, counted from the navigation at build time. This site shows the surfaces that decide it, and shows them well. The rest is deliberately inside the product rather than documented here: open the trial or the live demo and it is all there, on one data layer, at one price.

About EmpireOS
EmpireOS is the revenue system that updates itself: your pipeline, your forecast and your follow-ups kept current from the conversations your team is already having. It is an AI revenue operating system for mid-market B2B sales teams: sales forecasting, conversation intelligence, an AI sales agent (Empire Agent), deal intelligence, win/loss patterns read from your own closed deals (Swarm Intelligence) and the record they all sit on, in one system instead of separate tools that bill separately and do not share what they learn. It works alongside the CRM you already have. $129 per user per month, every module and every AI feature included. A seven-day free trial with no card required. Nothing reaches a customer without a person approving it, and the approval is recorded.
